This picture shows how much fun Anna can have. This picture doesn't exactly tell the story of her life, but it's one of her silly pictures This is one weekend night where she went to a friends house, and the rest is self-explanitory
This picture is during the talent show where one of the history teachers and a senior were dancing with glow sticks. I like the sticks are not blury, but you can acutally see the entire path of the motion being made
I like this picture because this was at the end of school, the day before graduation. These girls were best friends and were always together. This was the last time these two were together, but they are happy to be together
Anna Chen was born in April of 1990 in Taipei, Taiwan. At the age of 14 she came to the United States to learn english. Recently she transferred schools to Texas. During her free time she likes to take pictures. She takes pictures to mainly tell the story of her life. She also likes to have fun with pictures, which is why she takes pictures with silly poses
This film is about drugs and addiction in a futuristic way. The animation is pretty cool. It seems to be cel-shaded animation with real faces. The story is kinda confusing and hard to understand. I like the hologram camouflage suits which changes appearances every second or two. It takes a lot of work to make on person walk but to have a suit that is changing at that pace must be really hard, unless there is a certain pattern. I couldn't tell if there was a pattern because I wan't paying that much attention to that, but only to the animation in general.
This film is a great way to show how modern technology has come to play nowadays. It started as a small website in San Francisco, but now has turned into a global thing. Anyone can use craigslist for pretty much anything: dating, jobs/work, and selling/buying things. This makes looking for classifieds even easier. This film shows how we use technology to our advantage. Somethings the people were looking for were funny but at the same kinda creepy/disturbing. Some guy was trying to seell his boat, and girl was looking for a guy to replace "bunny". This website is great way for everyone to communicate with each other. Whether it is selling or buying something, it's a great way to talk to new people.
This moving is hard to watch for me, because watching these kids lives make me sad. I like how Zana Briski goes there and gives the kids in a class cameras. It is a great way of showing how they live their lives. The kids seemed as if they were 6 or 7 years old, but they were already working. Some were making money and some weren't. They were young kids but they seemed wiser than their years. I'm not saying they were the brightest kids, but they knew what they wanted to do and how to avoid a bad life. One said there was nothing she could do to avoid having a bad life, but it seemed like she was having fun and trying to enjoy what she can. Zana gave these children a chance to express themselves, which I think is great because the world has their own point of view about Brothels. With the kids taking pictures the world can see the lives of the people who live there through the pictures
Bowling Alley in Gurnee/Lake Villa area and this was taken right after releasing the bowling ball. My arm and leg are in motion which is why it's blurry and you can tell that my necklace is moving. I also got a strike with that bowl
I was angry about stuff at school and friends, so I decided to take an angry picture. The only way I could think of that would show my anger was if I did a close up of my face, showing my eyes with my hair in front of them
